Opening celebration featuring Valle de Guadalupe wines and winemakers, regional food and chefs, and touting Baja as a hot culinary destination for 2014.

Wine tasting at the Mexican Consulate’s Octavio Paz Art Gallery with the winemakers of Valle de Guadalupe including Hugo d’Acosta (Casa de Piedra, Aborigen), Phil Gregory (Vena Cava), Amado Garza (Viñas de Garza), Mauricio Cantú (Cava Aragon 126, Madera 5), and Joaquin Prieto (Tres Valles). Canapes to be provided by Chef Drew Deckman (Deckman’s en el Mogor).
